We take immense pleasure in introducing to you M/s. Process Equipments and Machinery, an established company in the field of Manufacturing Process Equipments including but not limited to Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, filters, strainers, reactors, agitators and pharma equipments.

The founder of our company Mr. Shoukatali Kanalil has over thirty five years of experience in the field of manufacturing of the above mentioned equipments and has successfully been employed by M/s. Monel Equipments Pvt. Ltd., M/s.Filtration Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Cold Weld Engineers Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Shree Krishna Fabricators Pvt. Ltd.in Mumbai, Maharashtra to name a few, where he has successfully manufactured and commissioned various equipments of various sizes.

The company has expertise in all aspects of mechanical engineering related to fabrication and commissioning. Because of our ability to generate unique and creative solutions to complex problems we have worked closely with our clients to develop new products and deliver solutions to existing problems in functioning without compromising the quality and intended function of the equipments.

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University.
  • Widely regarded by his peers to have the best knowledge in fabrication of pressure vessels, reactors and other heavy process equipments.
  • More than 35 years of hands on experience of working in the same field.
  • Very knowledgeable in fabrication as per requirements of ASME codes.
  • Vast experience in handling third party inspection jobs by EIL, ONGC, NPCIL, NTPC, BHEL, Chempro to name a few.
  • Equipments supplied by him have been known to last for past 20 years and still working in top condition.

  • B.E. Mechanical from S.D.M College affiliated by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka.
  • Son of Mr. Shoukatali Kanalil is highly efficient in designing pressure vessels as per ASME codes.
  • Has in depth knowledge in various codes and standards in the field of pressure vessel design, procurement, inspection and fabrication.
  • Has successfully executed jobs involving third party inspection by AFCONS, RIL, ONGC, NTPC, NPCIL, TUV, Bureau Veritas to name a few.
  • Certified ASNT NDT level II in RT, UT, MPT, LPT.
